INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTING MOLDABLE DENTAL TRAYS.
* Please note:   Proper fitting of the moldable dental trays is necessary to achieve uniform and consistent teeth whitening.
1.  Heat a small pot of water to mildly hot or microwave a coffee mug of water until hot. Remove from heat. Hold the dental tray strap and place in the hot water for 3-5 seconds or until tray appears to be softening. The tray must be completely covered by the hot water, keeping strap out of the water. DO NOT LEAVE IN WATER LONGER THAN 5 SECONDS.
2.  Remove the dental tray from the hot water and shake off excess water. Immediately place the tray in mouth centering around the upper teeth. (The tray will be warm, but will not burn.)
3.  Bite firmly into the tray keeping your back teeth together. Use your fingers and press the tray firmly around your teeth in the front. Use your tongue to press the tray against the backside of your teeth. Apply suction on tray to obtain best fit. After 30-40 seconds, remove tray and place under cold water.
4.  If you do not get a good fit the first time the tray is formed, repeat the procedure.
5.  Follow the same procedure for the bottom teeth using the second tray.
6.  After shaping mouth trays, carefully remove straps using scissors.
                   PLEASE NOTE:
* ONLY USE ONE DENTAL TRAY AT A TIME FOR WHITENING TEETH. USE TRAYS AS DIRECTED WITH THE BLEACH PRO WHITENING GEL. BLEACHING GEL HAS NO WHITENING EFFECT ON CROWNS, BRIDGES, BONDINGS OR FILLINGS. THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY ADULTS. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AFTER FITTING OF CUSTOM DENTAL TRAY:
1.  Brush teeth thoroughly with toothpaste before treatment.
2.   Rinse custom fit dental tray with warm water to clean and soften for use.
3.   Using whitening gel syringe, apply a very small amount of gel dotted into the tray along teeth impression. Be sure to use a small amount to avoid excess gel delivery. Excess gel may cause gum irritation.
4.   Position dental tray into mouth and onto teeth. You may need to spit any excess gel accumulation. Leave in place for 20-30 minutes. A slight tingling or bubbling may be felt as the bleaching process occurs. Extending treatment time is alright if teeth are not over-sensitive.
5.   After completion of whitening treatment, remove tray and rinse with water. Store in custom container.
7.   Perform the above process daily or at user discretion until desired whitening has been achieved. The process can be done on upper and lower teeth. Use only one dental tray in mouth at a time.
* PLEASE NOTE:   Bleach Pro Teeth Whitening Systems are intended for those individuals with healthy teeth and gums. Use whitening gel according to the instructions. Gel should not be used by individuals with periodontal disease, braces, decayed teeth, over-sensitive teeth, open mouth sores or during pregnancy. You may experience some mild sensitivity to teeth and gums, which normally subsides a day after treatment. If sensitivity persists, reduce treatments to every other day and/or reduce the duration of each treatment. If increased discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist.
